Marcus Bellstarted Summit & Oak after eighteen years on Triangle roofs, much of that time spent fixing or replacing work that was sold fast and documented never. We photograph each slope, the flashing, the valleys, and anything that is failing, and you get those photos the same day, not a verbal summary over the phone. During the work, the crew photographs what gets uncovered, especially the decking, because that is where the surprises hide. If we find rot or soft wood after tear-off, you see a picture of it before we replace it, so there are no mystery line items at the end.
